Return & Refund Policy

We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Because this is a Cash on Delivery store, we ask that you inspect your parcel in front of the delivery agent before accepting it.

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the parcel and product. This helps us resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons — as is standard across the beauty and skincare industry — we're unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal, unless the item itself was defective or incorrect on arrival.

Approved returns for defective or wrong items must be sent back in their original packaging. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we'll process a replacement or refund to the method agreed with our support team.

Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are issued via mobile financial service (such as bKash or Nagad) to the number you provide, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.
